Division Queens will receive round crowns, sash, and the opportunity to compete at the National Pageant in Little Rock on July 17-19, 2025. (Ad page for winners will be paid – Value of $295.00)
Side Awards for Prettiest Eyes, Prettiest Smile, Pretties Hair, Best Dressed, Most Beautiful will be presented in each division. The scoring will be judged during evening gown. Plaques will be given to all winners in this category. These divisions are optional and have no bearing on the outcome of the winners in the main pageant.
Photogenic Awards will be given in each division. Photos must be submitted during registration on Pageant Day. Any photos received after this time will be disqualified and no refunds will be issued. Please submit photos in a plastic cover with the age group and name written on the BACK. Do not include frames, names, or ages on the front of the photo. Photos can be picked up at the registration table at the end of the pageant.
People’s Choice winners will be selected based on the contestant with the largest amount of money in their provided contestant bag. Spectators will be informed about this competition at the beginning of the Pageant. Winners will receive a tiara/sash and money from their bag. All division winners will be awarded.
Purchase a Photo Package: Information will be given out at registration (The amount of photos is as many as the photographer takes of your contestant while on stage. There is no set amount of photos.)

Divisions based upon age of participant on October 27, 2024.
Pageant attire will be formal/glitz.
Dressing rooms will be available with only one (1) assistant allowed backstage per pageant contestant
NO EXTRA GLITTER ALLOWED IN ANY FORM, PLEASE!
Admission to the pageant is $5.00 per person.
Each contestant will receive ONE (1) admission pass with a paid entry fee.
RULES & REGULATIONS
Please read ALL the rules below before calling with questions. Most questions will be answered below.
Contestants must be a legal resident of the state they will be representing and must compete in their age division on day of the pageant.
Deadline is October 25, 2024, by Midnight. Those who turn in their form and fees by this deadline will receive ONE free admission to Miss DNUSA Southern Spirit Scholarship Pageant. Late entries will not be accepted! All forms and fees may be mailed or emailed to the Miss Diamond National USA office. If you are mailing your forms, please allow plenty of time for them to arrive. The GetReady GetSet Pageant Prepared and Miss Diamond National USA Scholarship Pageant is not responsible for entry forms that may be lost or delayed in transit by shipping method.
Contestants are required to be on time for check-in and the pageant. We will start on time for all age groups to allow a smooth and time efficient pageant.
ATTIRE and DRESSING ROOMS: All youth contestants will compete in pageant dress (long or short). There is a limited amount of space in the dressing room so please come on stage ready with hair and makeup. Once you have changed into your pageant dress, please do not hang out in the dressing room! No more than one FEMALE guest is allowed in the dressing room with the contestant. If a father is chaperoning his daughter, they must use the family restroom in the facility.
Because of stage lighting, makeup is allowed for the young ladies if it is age appropriate and used with discretion. (Light mascara, powder blush, lip gloss or light lip stick)
NO CAMERAS, VIDEO CAMERAS, or CELL PHONE CAMERAS allowed in the building during competition. All stage and crowning shots will be available for purchase from a photographer. Please see the photographer during registration.
PHOTOGENIC: All age divisions can participate in the optional photogenic contest within each age group. Photos are due the day of the pageant. Photos can be natural or glitz (lightly retouched by your photographer is acceptable). The photo should be a 5x7 or 8 x 11, color or black and white. To participate in the photogenic competition, please include an additional fee. AS MANY PHOTO IS ACCEPTABLE PER CONTESTANT! Photos will be available for pickup after the pageant at the registration table. The pageant is not responsible for the left photos. Please label the back of the photo with your name and age.
OPTIONAL DIVISION AWARDS: Prettiest Eyes, Prettiest Smile, Prettiest Hair, Best Dressed, Most Beautiful. These awards are judged during the final line up of contestants. These divisions are optional and have no bearing on the outcome of the winners.
In each division, we will award the Queen, and runner ups depending on the number of entry.
JUDGING: Judges will be looking for facial beauty, personality, stage presence, confidence, poise, and overall appearance. The pageant will choose qualified and impartial judges, and their names will not be released before the pageant.
Score sheets will NOT be given out or made available at any time. All decisions of the judges are final.
Good conduct and sportsmanship are always expected during the pageant and throughout the reign of each winner. Bad sportsmanship from a contestant, family member, or supporter will result in disqualification and/or relinquishing of that title as well as being banned from all future pageants at the Miss Diamond National USA Scholarship Pageant. Unbecoming conduct and bad language will NOT be tolerated.
Contestants in divisions 1-3 must be accompanied onstage by a chaperone. Ages 3-4 may have a chaperone onstage without any deduction of points. Contestants must compete age the day of the pageant. (BABY PAGEANT ONLY)
GetReady GetSet Pageant Prepared and Miss Diamond National USA Scholarship Pageant is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property. Please treat the facility with the utmost respect and clean up after yourself when the competition is over. Those leaving behind excessive trash or mess may be disqualified from future events.
The State Director and/or National Pageant Management reserve the final and absolute right to interpret these rules and arbitrarily settle and determine all matters, questions and differences in regard thereto, or otherwise arising out of or connected with any incident surrounding the contest, and the right to amend or add to these rules as their judgment may determine. Any contestant who fails to abide by any of the above rules can be disqualified from the competition by the State Director.
